It's been pretty rainy here lately so Evan and I have been stuck inside. One of his favorite rainy day activites is playing with cooked noodles. It keeps him busy for a good 30 minutes and is very funny to watch. Hours after we were done playing I realized I left the container on the floor only to find the puppy had eaten them!! I guess it's fun for all.

Evan had a fun little mini summer vacation this week. We went to visit family and he had so much fun. We went swimming everyday, went to the park and he played with his crazy cousins!!! Sydney loved holding him and Madison liked encouraging his stair climbing. Evan loved pulling their hair and grabbing their faces. Three of his four teeth are now finally poking through so we are just waiting for that fourth one now.

9 Months old. Evan is now 16 pounds 2 ounces and is crazier than ever! He learned to climb the stairs over the weekend and now that is all he wants to do. He climbs up we take him back down and it starts over again. I must say he is very good at it. It's like he's been doing it for months. He's also moved on to a more advanced swimming class where he gets to go under water and it is going very well. The 4 front teeth that have been taking forever to get here are almost in so we are all very thankful for that! We survived the heat wave last week despite loing power for 29 hours on the 2 hottest days ever in NY. During the power outage we went to visit daddy at work where Evan found some great toys.
