We've had a lot of fun but now our time here in Florida is done. We are leaving tomorrow but making a very stops on our way back to the very cold weather. Evan is going to miss playing outside for a while and miss his new friend Maria but hopefully seeing Neka and Angel again will distract him.

Evan has been having fun drinking from a straw these days. He doesn't quite understand that he does not have to tilt the cup and sometimes makes a bit of a mess.


We all went to the zoo today and had so much fun! Evan pointed at all the animals and of course said "See!!" all day. His favorite part was the carousel where he road on the zebra and smiled so big.

He loves the pool!

We are having fun in Florida so far. Evan is loving the pool and seems to think can swim on his own! He keeps climbing the steps and jumping in and does not care if someone is there to catch him or not. At the beach his favorite thing is the hole daddy dug in the sand for him. He climbed in and out for about an hour all the while trying to eat sand. He is also getting some golf lessons from dad while we play the par 3 course across the street but he mostly likes carrying the putter around and taking the ball in and out of the hole. He is getting more adventurous at the playground too. He loves going down the slide and can do it on his own now but he always tries to walk back up it which is not so successful without help.
